The boring-but-honest version. By using Done By Dusk you agree to what's below. We update these when meaningful; the “last updated” line at the bottom tells you when.
Your account
You’re responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe. We use Clerk for authentication and never see your password. If you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else, email admin@smallworld.ca and we’ll help you lock it down.
Billing
Pro is $10/month or $80.40/year (save 33%). Founder Lifetime is a one-time $149 while founder spots are available. Payments are handled by Stripe; we don’t store card numbers. Refunds within 14 days, no questions asked — email us. After 14 days, refunds are case-by-case but we’re reasonable.
Cancellation
Cancel any time from Settings → Billing. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep Pro features until the end of the current billing period. Your data stays with us for 30 days in case you come back, then we delete it.
Your content
Your tasks, lists, and notes are yours. We don’t use them to train models. We don’t sell them. We don’t read them unless you ask us to (for support). When you delete your account we delete your content from our database within 30 days and from backups within 90.
AI features
Brain Dump, Plan My Day, and Subtask Breakdown send your input to Anthropic via Vercel AI Gateway. Anthropic doesn’t retain the input by contract. We log the request locally so you can review your AI history in Settings.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Done By Dusk to harm others, send spam, run automated scrapers against our API, or do anything illegal. We’ll close accounts that do.
No warranty
We work hard to keep Done By Dusk reliable, but we can’t promise it’s perfect. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We’re not liable for indirect damages or lost profits.
Changes
If we change these terms in a meaningful way we’ll notify you by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Cosmetic edits (typos, clarifications) are noted at the bottom of this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, where Small World Marketing is based. Disputes go to Ontario courts.
