privacy, plainly.
We collect the minimum we need to make the planner work. No resale, no ad networks, no cross-site tracking. The short version is below; specifics follow.
What we collect
Your account email, the tasks and lists you write, the time blocks you schedule, and the calendars you connect. We collect telemetry (the events you trigger inside the app) so we can fix what breaks and learn what helps. We do not buy or sell user data.
Where it lives
Encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Stored on Neon Postgres (US region). AI calls (Plan My Day, brain-dump extraction) are routed through the Vercel AI Gateway to Anthropic Claude — your task content is sent only when you trigger an AI action and is not used to train third-party models.
What you control
Delete your account from Settings → Account at any time. Export your task data as JSON before you go. Disconnect Google Calendar to stop two-way sync; we keep no calendar mirror after disconnect.
Who to contact
Anything privacy-related goes to admin@smallworld.ca. We answer within two business days.
Changes to this policy
If we change something material, we email account holders 14 days before it takes effect. The current version is always at donebydusk.com/privacy.
